Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026 · Questions: [email protected]

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding agreement to use TynHub.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you give TynHub a license to host, display, and distribute it as part of the service (including on a stand's public page and in search results) — that license ends when you delete the content, except for copies already reasonably retained for backups or moderation records.

Acceptable use

Don't post anything illegal, don't impersonate another person or company, and don't try to disrupt the service (scraping abusively, attempting to bypass rate limits or authentication, or similar). Don't claim a stand that isn't yours to claim.

Moderation

Stand moderators and TynHub site admins may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or a stand's own rules. Removed content is retained, soft-deleted, for a limited retention period in case a removal needs review, then purged.

Claiming and featured listings

A house stand TynHub builds for a product that hasn't joined stays TynHub's until the product's owner claims it by verifying the product's domain; claiming is free. Featuring a stand on the front page is a paid subscription, billed either month-to-month or on a 12-month contract whose price moves at most 10% per renewal (see the published rate card at /pricing). You can cancel a monthly listing at any time; it stays active through the period you've already paid for.

Service "as is"

TynHub is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TynHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using TynHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; we'll post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
